SPECIFIC GOALS
- To reduce poverty, unemployment and social inequalities amongst youths in rural communities by promoting education, TVET, STEM & entrepreneurship training especially among vulnerable young girls in rural communities.
- To improve the health conditions of youths in rural communities especially as it concerns the health of young girls.
- To preserve the rural environment by educating rural youths on climate change and environmental preservation.

He is a Labour Economist with 12+ years of experience in education and social entrepreneurship management in rural communities.
TSAFACK DJOUDJI ANAS CLYRILLE
Head of Education Programs
She is a secondary school teacher in Cameroon with 10+ years experience of teaching in rural communities and working with social enterprises promoting education and welfare.
LEKEUFACK TSAMO EVELYN IMELDA
Head of Health Programs
She is a young certified nurse in Cameroon with experience on addressing health care in rural communities and crisis regions.
NGUNI KILIAN DOMINIC
Head of Environmental Programs
He is a young Ecologist with experience in tackling climate-related issues and working in the non-profit sector..
Dr AMINKENG PATRICIA
Communication Associate
She is a youth counselor and has worked for many third sector enterprises in crises regions of Cameroon.
VOLUNTEERS
The incessant support of our volunteers is a significant contribution to the realization of our organization’s missions. Our dedicated volunteers have remained focused on supporting us to empower youths in rural communities. A total of 26 volunteers, consisting of 17 females and 9 males have willingly invested their time and expertise to support our mission of empowering rural youths.
Mrs Asong Prisca.
She has volunteered with Rural Youths in Action since December, 2020 and her teaching experience in rural communities of Cameroon has been a great asset to our education and environmental programs.
Dr Nji Kambo.
She is a young medical doctor who has passionately volunteered with Rural Youths in Action for over 2 years. Her passion to improve health status of young girls triggers her to always make out time despite her very busy schedule to enrich our health education programs.
